Being a woman can come with its own set of challenges and barriers. Despite progress towards gender equality, women still face discrimination and inequality in various aspects of their lives, including the workplace, home, and society at large. It is important for everyone to work towards creating a more equal and supportive environment for all women.
There are many people in the world who thinks that being a women is easy but this is totally the wrong concept.Most of the boys think in this way because they cant understand the state of a women they think that they are doing hard-work to raised her family.But in actual they forget to think about the girls struggle who always try to keep him happy as well as his family. I accept it a boys are stronger then a women but they cant bear the pain of giving the birth to a child that’s why God has chosen the women for this purpose.it means that a women is strongest among men.

Why Does a  Women Need To Ask The Permission From Her Husband For Everything 

We all know that god has chosen a men to protect his wife. But boys are  taking this duty very seriously. They always try to be dominant on women . Any relationship will complete when the respect comes from both ways if you are the only one who just giving respect to your partner but your partner don’t care about your feelings then stop thinking about your partner in a respective way.

its very common when girls want to visit their parents they have to ask permission from their husbands, sometimes their husbands don't allow their wives to visit their families. i dont know when we will break this cycle.You just should inform your husband about your plans. Is he ask your permission before going to do anything . so why you do take permission?

Harassment

This is the biggest challenge that a women has to face in the workplace and it is the main  reason of increasing the  depression among women's. In the workplace the male community tries to harass women as a result of which women don’t get the equal opportunities to do work or some of them quit their jobs due to the fear of  harassment.

Lack of opportunities

In a work place it is a common myth that a women cannot give her best that’s why the boss try to assign the most important project to a men instead of a women.

Imbalance in a work-life or home life

When women start doing a work sometime they do fail to make the balance between the home life or a lifework as a result they got depressed and start loosing their self confidence.

Equal pay

This is also the big challenge which is faced by a women in which they get the less salary as comparison to a men. the gender pay gap is one of the most common reasons that female workers decide to move to a new job.

Domestic violence

Domestic violence is a serious issue that affects individuals in intimate relationships. It refers to a pattern of abusive behavior used by one partner to gain and maintain power and control over the other. Types of domestic violence can include physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, and financial abuse. It can have long-lasting effects on the victim, including physical injury, trauma, and fear.Many women's faced domestic violence in their homes and they bear that because they are not strong enough to take a step for the sake of their dignity.
